Working alongside R2 Studio Architects, who were tasked with opening up the ground floor to the garden, we remodelled the existing garden in Half Moon Lane, incorporating a new Yorkstone terrace which wraps around the rear façade connecting the existing rooms to the new, and providing spaces for enjoying the morning and evening sun. A multi-stemmed tree sits in front of a deep bed in front of the oversized window, creating an immediate and intimate connection to the garden from the dining room.
