This is a gently sloping, long, narrow garden with a proposed garden studio at the far end and a house extension as part of the major refurbishment of this North London home. The garden has been divided into several spaces with different characters relating to the client’s desire to have spaces for various uses. A collection of existing trees in neighbouring properties resulted in a woodland garden in front of the new garden studio, and where light reaches the garden through these trees, a dining space has been created. A formal lawn, topiary and perennial beds completes the main garden.
